Allright everyone!

We have a little problem.... After a shitload of releases, it's our first tour in North-America and we cannot decide which songs to play live for you... Very Happy

PLEASE HELP US!!

To celebrate our first tour outside Europe, and the N release in North-America, we decided to let you people choose our setlist for the tour! Here's your chance to choose, what songs will be heard live on our Canadian Tour 2008!! Pick your favorite song from the list, press vote and see the results! You may only pick one song, so be careful what you wish for.. Wink

After the poll is complete WE will practice the setlist YOU just voted for, and those songs will be heard live on our Canadian Tour this fall!!

2008-09-20 QC, Montreal, Theatre National CA
2008-09-21 QC, Chicoutimi, Le Bunker CA
2008-09-22 QC, Quebec, I’imperial CA
2008-09-23 ON, Ottawa, Mavericks Bar CA
2008-09-24 ON, London, The Embassy CA
2008-09-25 ON, Toronto, Wreck Room CA

NOTE: This tour is for N release in North-America, so we still might have to add a couple of new songs, if it seems people prefer the older songs "too much".. OR we MIGHT have to edit the setlist, if we see, that we need to add/remove some slower songs. The amount of songs, that'll be played on tour is from 12 to 16, depending on performing slot/curfew set by the venue/promoter.

the new songs are also great but we are more "attached" to the old ones... we've known them longer so it's more exciting to see them live (imo)...

This tour is going to be great! ill be at the toronto show, but im a little confused since it says here Norther is playing at the Wreck Room but Ticketmaster is saying its a the Opera House...

You can't beat Dreams of Endless War, that was an amazing album. Released, Last Breath, Dream, Darkest Time, Endless War=).

Well this is the Canadian tour......but PLEASE do the same thing when you do a US tour.....whenever that is

Well "A Fallen Star" is not up there but the one that sticks out for me is "Going Nowhere." Just to hear that part live......"Soon I will lose my sanity!!!" would be amazing.

Again, I can't stress this enough. When you do a US tour, do this exact same thing. Awesome idea Razz

I just registered to the forums... mainly cause i've been reading them for awhile and now I feel like voting for this and posting topics in general. This is a great thing that Norther is doing for the fans... to be able to vote in the setlist is pure genius!! Another reason why Norther continues to be my favorite band. I voted for Last breath, but Released, Cry, Norther, Black Gold, Nothing... are all tempting to vote for too. Actually every song on there is tempting to vote for haha.

I talked with Petri (when Ensiferum first came) and he said he'd love to play here with Norther. Feels like yesterday, and it's actually happening haha.

Hopefully I'll be able to come see you guys either in London or Toronto, Ontario. It kind of sucks for me that the concert is in the middle of the week because I work until 5:30pm and both London and TO are a couple of hours drive from where I live. But as I listen to your music right now it just makes me want to go to the concert even more and I'm pretty sure in the next few days I'll most likely purchase the ticket..

As for the song, I chose "Death Unlimited" but really any of the older songs work for me. New album is great too but I can not count the number of times I listened to "Dreams of Endless War" and "Death Unlimited" albums so those come before anything else.
I think "Darkest Time" should be on that list also.
